For my EDGE project I will be completing an internship with a preschool program called Upstart. I chose to do this as my project because I am studying education right now and I think being involved with any type of education activity will greatly benefit me. This project will help me to see if I do want to continue to pursue education and it will also get me involved with students right away. It will help me to learn more about education and the different programs there are to help and continue education for students. My goal is to be a great teacher and to be able to guide and be an example to my students. With my project, I believe it is a good opportunity for me to begin this, and to work towards my goals and desires of becoming a teacher.
